My Background
I’ve always been drawn to the problem-solving side of design, taking something complex or unclear and turning it into something that communicates properly. That started at college where I studied web design and development, and it’s shaped how I approach every project since.
Over the years I’ve worked across web and graphic design for clients in different industries, from small businesses getting online for the first time to managing design output across a large portfolio of clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
Through Cyberspace Design I take on freelance work where I can give projects the attention they deserve, building websites and creating design work that’s considered, on-brand, and built to actually work for whoever’s using it.
Graduated with an HND covering web design, development, UI/UX and digital design.
Built experience across web design, UI/UX and graphic design working with a range of clients and briefs in agency environments.
Sole designer across 70+ clients in a specialist hearing healthcare marketing agency. Managing all design from briefs through to delivery across print and digital.
Web design, development and graphic design for clients across different industries. WordPress, Shopify, print and digital.
Experience
I’m used to working fast, working to brief, and delivering at a professional standard for clients who expect results. Whether you’re a small business or a growing brand, you get the same care and output that high-value clients pay serious money for — applied to your project.
What I Value
Good design lives in the details. I pay close attention to spacing, consistency, and the small stuff most people don’t notice but feel when it’s missing. Not because it’s expected, but because it’s the difference between work that looks professional and work that actually is.
I’d rather tell you what I really think than just tell you what you want to hear. If something isn’t working, or there’s a smarter way to spend your budget, you’ll hear it from me. I’d rather be useful than agreeable.
No jargon, no overcomplicated processes, no fluff. I communicate clearly, meet my deadlines, and keep you in the loop without making it a thing. The work should speak for itself, not the project management around it.
I care that design actually does the job it’s meant to do. Whether it’s a full website or a single graphic, I think about who’ll see it, where it’ll live, and what it needs to achieve. Pretty isn’t enough, it needs to work.
