This policy explains how Cyberspace Design (“I”, “me”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit cyberspacedesign.co.uk.

What information I collect

Contact form submissions When you get in touch through the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Analytics data I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. This collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is stored.

Technical data When you visit this site, my hosting provider (SiteGround) automatically logs your IP address, browser type, and referring page. This is standard for all web servers and is used for security and performance purposes only.

How I use your information

I use the information collected to:

• Respond to your enquiries
• Understand how visitors use this site so I can improve it
• Maintain the security and performance of this site

I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long I keep your data

• Contact form submissions — deleted within 12 months of the enquiry being resolved, unless we enter a working relationship
• Analytics data — automatically anonymised and aggregated by Google, retained for 14 months
• Server logs — automatically deleted after 30 days by the hosting provider

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate personal data
• Delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restrict how I process your data
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Data portability — receive your data in a portable format
